ENI recognises Terranova as Inclusive Leader

We are delighted to announce that our client ENI has awarded us with the “Inclusive Leader” Digital Badge for our inclusiveness initiatives, specifically those aimed at promoting gender equality in the workplace.

ENI and its Inclusion Development Partnership

ENI promotes a program aimed at its supply chain that aims to incentivize its partners in adopting policies of inclusiveness, diversity and equity. It was precisely in this context that Terranova was heard, and subsequently awarded as an inclusive supplier and thus aligned with ENI's policies, which puts these issues at the center of its activities as a tool for positive change in the area of economic growth as well.

The program to enhance and develop Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a key value for a modern, competitive and sustainable enterprise. That is why we have launched the Inclusion Development Partnership program, an initiative that enhances and supports the development of DEI culture along our supply chain and in the countries where we operate. The program aims to gather information on all DEI initiatives and best practices implemented by our suppliers and to pool the experiences of each participating company. In addition, all of our suppliers will have access to training, awareness and discussion initiatives on the topic. Companies that demonstrate that they possess the characteristics required by the program will be recognized as “ID Partners” (Inclusion Development Partners), an element that will be enhanced in the Procurement process and in specific dedicated initiatives.

It is precisely the initiatives that Terranova has been pursuing for years in the area of gender equality that led ENI to award us, such as those described below:

ENI's recognition leads us to continue our initiatives with even greater motivation, certain that the commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the UN in its 2030 Agenda can only be achieved with great teamwork, and that customers and suppliers can also work together towards these goals.
