TWFA (Terranova Work Force Automation) is the component of TWFM to both automate and support all field activities through the use of mobile technologies to improve operator efficiency and productivity, speeding up communication and the transmission of information in real time between field technicians and headquarters, and simplifying operations. Every detail is designed around the specific needs of the Utilities world.
TWFA is integrated with the Terranova product suite and complies with current regulations issued by the relevant authorities. The guided compilation of paperwork and checks ensures that the information recorded is complete and correct.
